The 2 houses are situated directly by the sea. One of the houses has 2 apartments (number 1 and 2) and is 15 metres away of a beautiful beach. The other house is just 50 metres away from the Adriatic Sea. The apartments disposes of a kitchen, a living room, separated bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite television. Additionally all the rooms are air-conditioned and as a result can be heated or cooled. Furthermore every house has a house-owned parking place. The houses with the apartments number 1 and 2 offer the possibility to make use of a telephone and a barbecue.
The second house also disposes of a washing machine and is furthermore excellent for families with children. Shopping facilities are within easy walking distance (20 metres).
Medical services and a petrol station are only 5 kilometres away.
If you like fishing or cruising on the open Adriatic Sea you have the opportunity to join the landlord in his fishing boat. Mr Radovanovic organises trips to island Mljet with its National Park and Korcula. Just as there is the possibility to rent a boat from the landlord.
The landlord also runs a restaurant. The restaurant specialities are all prepared with fresh ingredients from the sea. Beside these fish specialities the restaurant also offers a large selection of Dalmatian and international meals.
For those who don't want to cook during their holidays, there is the possibility to eat in the restaurant (half-board). Price at request.
